Harry and Reid have both been out on multiple occasions. We had a washer issue the Reid diagnosed over the phone. He swung by the house and replaced the bad part in 15 minutes. Harry rescued our freezer that was defrosting. The freezer was stuffed full of meat (1/2 steer, pig, lambs) for the winter and we were desperate at the thought of losing everything. Harry came out and had it back in running order within an hour. Some appliances weren't worth fixing and Harry was honest enough to tell us. Our microwave died and he told us he could fix it but it would be cheaper to just buy a new one, which we did. Highly recommended.
I called Monday morning regarding a washer that stopped working Sunday night hoping to get an appointment sometime during the week. I was happily surprised that they were able to help me the same day. They arrived 15 minutes prior to the appointment time, corrected the issue quickly and answered all of my questions. I was very pleased with their speed and quality.
Neighborly Service!! Reid and Harry have been to my house many times for different repair issues. It's always nice to deal with a family owned business that has been around for years. They are always very polite and knowledgeable about their work and dependable. Thanks for your great service!
Broken dishwasher, really old....Reid was here in 20 minutes!!! Minor but unusual repair which he was able to diagnose and fix. So nice to have such prompt service and not have to wait for a 6 hour window for someone to show up!
When I called about my broken clothes washer, Reid Raker answered the phone himself and gave me a time for that afternoon. He called again to let me know he was on his way. He diagnosed the problem right away and set to work. In less than one hour, my machine was fixed and he attached the new hoses I was going to put on myself. The price was quite reasonable. I would definitely call again if I have another appliance issue.

I needed my fridge repaired - the in door water dispenser wasn't working. While the repairman was not able to repair it during the service call, he diagnosed the problem (water line frozen) and recommended the solution (turn off the freezer until the water line thawed). Worked like a charm and I avoided having to replace the entire freezer door. Very personable and helpful repairman, and I appreciated the fact that he offered advice on a simple solution rather than selling me a large, expensive repair part.
Reid was great. He came out to the house and quickly found the problem with our washing machine. I highly recommend him for any appliance service or repair.
